Stimulus package includes up to $24 Billion for energy conservation

With both the U.S. House and Senate debating the issues over President Obama's $900 Billion stimulus package, the renewable and energy efficiency sector stands to benefit greatly. The House proposes $24 Billion to go towards energy conservation programs, while the Senate offers up a more conservative $15 Billion.
